Developing polymeric nanovaccine for chemoimmunotherapy in head and neck cancer.
Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC) is the sixth most common cancer worldwide that arises from squamous cells which is present in the outer layer of skin and in the mucous membrane.
This study will provide new insight into the function of polymeric nanovaccine in invoking antitumor immunity and will lead to the development of clinical grade nanovaccine for further application in advanced preclinical models and human clinical trials. Importantly, this research work may lead to the development of personalized cancer vaccines and inform current chemoimmunotherapy treatment regimens for head and neck cancer.
