Reporting on outcomes - Improving plant immunity and crop yield
There were three objectives in our research proposal, and the first and second one have been achieved with the help of Medical and Life Sciences Research Fund grants. Some conserved proteins in both Arabidopsis and Brassica immunity signalings have been further studied on their mutants. A broader phopsho-proteome map of Brassica oleracea has also been generated on the basis of quantitative phosphoproteomics.
There is also a high-quality paper undergoing and we are all looking forward to publish it on Nature Plants/Communications because it involved multi-omics data analysis, genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic.
